Pod isn't a conventional BPO (business process outsourcing) company. It's fair to say we've disrupted the sector by creating a more appealing proposition for growing businesses looking to outsource.

Traditional providers can be slow off the mark (endless proposals and meetings) and require lengthy fixed contracts. Pod has changed that.

We've created a fast and efficient on demand service with a Pay As You Go pricing model, designed with ambitious time starved entrepreneurs in mind - and it's proved a hit.

Our team can carry out almost any function that can be done remotely using a computer, phone and/or internet. Common things we do for clients include answering calls, web chats, emails and tickets as well as making outbound calls, managing social media and various back office functions.
We'll get to know you, your business and how you like to work in a number of ways.

First will be by following the brief and instructions you give us at the start as well as reviewing any other documents/materials you provide us with. Second, we'll thoroughly explore your website(s) and get to grips with your products and services. Finally, learning your business is an on-going process and we'll pick up more along the way as we work together.

We're pretty fast learners, but rest assured, we'll fully embrace all aspects of your business and act just like a 'model' in-house employee would.
Our team are based across several offices (which we call 'Pods') in USA and Europe. These are all our own premises and staff; we don't subcontract any of our work to other providers.

We’ll start setting up your service(s) and brief the team the same working day we receive your sign-up. Depending on the complexity of your requirements, many services can go live the same day (unless additional or more in-depth training is needed).
We believe clients should stay with us because they want to, not because they have to. That's why all our services operate on a simple rolling monthly agreement. You can cancel at anytime by giving 30 days notice.
